Our U14 Small Group training program is designed for athletes aged 9-13 years old. This Small Group program (max 8 athletes) will teach the FUNdamentals of performance training and introduce the young athlete to proper human movements.
Each session is led by a Strength and Conditioning Coach to help motivate, correct, direct, and encourage each athlete individually with the attention they deserve.
This isn't 20 athletes doing very basic exercises, we cap the group at 8 athletes so each athlete trains to their level, and not that of someone else.
Athletes can expect to get RESULTS in the form of being Faster, more Agile, increased Core/Full Body strength, with our number one priority being reducing the athletes risk of injury in their respective sport.
Beginning with a Dynamic Warmup, each session will also include Acceleration/Agility training, Power/plyometrics, full body resistance training, and end with Conditioning.
When we train Acceleration or Agility, we don't just say "run to that cone fast", we break down the athletes stride and movements to make them more efficient athletes.
Our 2 rules for this group: 1) Try your Best and 2) Have FUN. But they go in that order.
At The Dynamic Athlete we believe that hard work and fun are not mutually exclusive.
The smiles on sweaty faces as they set a Personal Best in a 10 yard sprint, or do a Chin Up for the 1st time, or as they compete with each other in Agiltiy drills is what we hope makes them fall in love with exercise for life as well as keep coming back so they can get even MORE RESULTS.

Days/Times: Monday-Thursday 5-6pm, Saturday 9-10am
1 Training Session/week=$120+HST
