These training sessions are designed specifically for athletes registered in the Rock Elite League.
They are either before or after the players are on the floor playing lacrosse, and are planned to not take away from the skills portion but rather enhance the players experience in the Rock Elite League.
While everyone else can improve their lacrosse skill and knowledge, a small group can also combine these training sessions to improve their athleticism specific to lacrosse as well to truly raise their game to the next level.
Working on speed, mobility, and strength these players can expect to improve:

- Cutting and Dodging
- Balance and Stability
- Mobility and Flexibility
