Online Training Platform

Over the past week I’ve spent the majority of my time creating at home training programs for our athletes and members.

With everyone (hopefully) staying at home alot more, the need for a better delivery method had reached a peak.

I’ve been working on creating this online platform for awhile so that I could expand our reach to train those not located near the gym, those that can’t afford to train with us in person, or those whose schedule doesn’t allow them to train with us.

I’ve tested about 5 different software platforms for functionality, ease of use, quality of interaction etc. and about a month ago discovered BridgeAthletic was absolutely perfect.

I’ve been playing around with it so that I have it mastered so that we could launch it, and unfortunately due to COVID-19 and shutting the gym down proactively on March 16th to combat this virus has given me the time.

So Monday it will launch. This is not just during this time period, this platform will remain running when gyms do re-open. It’s also just not a home workout thing. Once gyms re-open it is a chance for others to train locally with our great programming to get you results.

What it includes:

  • A shared App for your phone that will have your entire program on it. Shared means I can make changes to your program and it instantly appears on your device, and you can enter in your results and I can instantly access it as well
  • A performance log that tracks quality and length of sleep, quality of nutrition, hydration, soreness, readiness to train, stress, bodyweight
  • Exercise videos right within your daily workout. No scrolling or going back and forth between pages to find it
  • A personalized program designed by me based on your age, level of training, goals, equipment (or lack thereof), time available. Again directly to the app on your phone.
  • Forms to show you your progress in all areas. Strength, sleep, weight, performance, recovery.
  • Testing feature that includes Performance Tests and the Functional Movement Screen to indicate any movement imbalances you may have
  • Accountability to maintain Consistency! The workouts are in your calendar on a scheduled day, if they aren’t completed I can see right away (but you can complete the workout whenever you want)

There will be a cost to this that I am finalizing price on now.
