This Program is for dedicated Midget/Junior aged athletes who want to be the best player they can be.
It is a high intensity, high energy program designed to improve all aspects of your game and make you Bigger, Stronger, and Faster.
At this level the athletes will be taught proper Olympic Lifting technique and use some advanced training methods to increase their strength and put on lean muscle mass.
For Midget aged players it is ideal as they can train and then play right after, the best of both worlds for improving your game to dominate next summer!
Come train once a week or as many as 3 times per week.
