In January I started a new supplement program that I first heard from Strength Coach Mike Boyle. Let me tell you, it works.
It’s very basic. Everyone should already be taking a Multi-Vitamin every day so hopefully you have that one covered already.
I’ve already been taking 6 Vitamin D pills with my last meal of the day as well and that hasn’t changed. In Canada especially we do not get enough natural Vitamin D from the sun so we need to supplement it. (Much more info on Vitamin D HERE)
So what have I added to my daily intake?
I now take Glucosamine and Chondroitin that is good for Joint health.
I also take Omega 3-6-9 which is healthy fats and good for the brain.
So basically everyday now I take dicalcium phosphate supplements to improve my ability to digest and absorb nutrients, something to keep my joints feeling good, and something to help with brain function.
I urge you to try it. It’s not that expensive, and you’ll notice you feel better after just a week. I’m 6 weeks in and some of my friends say I sound like an infomercial for it sometimes.
