Youth Training Programs

At The Dynamic Athlete, our number one priority is getting RESULTS!

Our philosophy is to use proven, safe training methods based on the latest scientific research to help each athlete become Bigger, Stronger, and Faster in a fun, friendly environment!

Using age and skill level appropriate exercises and drills, the youth training program will focus on developing functional strength that will directly transfer to your sports performance.

The training is all encompassing and will work to improve each athletes Joint Mobility/Stability, Core Strength, Power, Agility, Footspeed, and Conditioning.

You can choose to train 1 session/week or up to as many as 3 times per week.

These sessions are ideal for players in the Rock Elite League as they will be able to train prior to playing their game at the TRAC.

One stop shopping for athletes: the ability to train to be a more athletic lacrosse player and then the ability to play in an Elite level lacrosse game!
