Perfecting the Chin Up

The Chin Up is easily one of the least favourites of our athletes. It’s tough and requires great strength relative to your bodyweight.

Physics play a big role in Chin Ups, as taller athletes with longer levers are at a disadvantage.

Below is a video of Jaclyn demonstrating a proper ChinUp, as well as showing some of the common mistakes and what you can do to improve and increase the number you can perform.
